Tenants Together (Scotland) – Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter The prize draw is promoted by Tenants Together (Scotland).

2. Eligibility The draw is open to anyone who completes the Tenants Together Rent Consultation & Letting Standards Survey 2026 and opts in to the draw by providing their first name, last name and email address and ticking the opt-in box.

3. How to Enter Complete the survey at tenantstogether.scot/tenant-survey-2026 and complete the prize draw entry section including your first name, last name and email address and tick the box to confirm you wish to be entered.

4. Closing Date All entries must be received by 30th May 2026. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.

5. The Prize One prize of a £25 gift voucher will be awarded. There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.

6. The Draw The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date. The draw will take place on or before 13th June 2026.

7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days a replacement winner will be drawn.

8. Publicity The winner’s name will be available on request. The winner will not be required to participate in any publicity without their consent.

9. Data Protection Personal details collected for the purpose of this draw will be held by Tenants Together (Scotland) and used solely to contact the prize winner. Details of unsuccessful entrants will be deleted following the draw. Your data will not be shared with any third party. 10. General The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
